It was my pleasure to be the Senior Project Director overseeing the construction and installation of several new buildings and equipment for above referenced project. Carlisle Construction was the General Contractor for the project and directed the overall activities and engineering support. The project was on an aggressive schedule and involved multiple crafts working around and in an operating facility. To the credit of Carlisle Construction, this project was completed on schedule with no safety incidents or accidents. Their Project Management and Field Supervision expertise were an extremely valuable component to the success of the project.

I have had the pleasure of working with Carlisle Construction on several projects, from small one-off projects to larger scale projects such as the remodel of our Conference Center and Cottages. Their level of professionalism and workmanship always exceeds our expectations.
Over the multitude of projects we have completed together, Carlisle always stays on top of communications and follows through on each commitment they make. Projects are turned over on time and on budget, which in the hospitality industry is a must with the tight windows we have available due to guest demand. Carlisle will always go that extra mile to make sure the project is as designed and turn it over without any issues. Their follow up after project completion is on point as well.

This was my second construction project working with Carlisle. Both have been successful, but this latest project stands out as unique. For one, I was not present as much as I would have liked to be due to other responsibilities regarding property. I had full confidence in the Carlisle team to keep the project moving forward. Secondly, there were times of high guest activity around the work site requiring deviations in normal workflow. This was managed flawlessly. Finally, when the Board meeting was being held on-site, we wanted to open the restrooms a week early. This too was accommodated by the team, and we received much praise for the quality of work from ALL board members. Trust that this is uncommon as there are a couple that do not offer compliments freely.

During the first quarter of 2022 Carlisle Construction performed a major renovation of one of our dated branches in Greenville, GA. This was a design build project performed by Carlisle and I was the owner's representative for the bank. This renovation included dividing the existing lobby space into offices, lowering the ceilings, new flooring, relocating data lines, installation of an IT room and bank specific cash management machines, rebuilding teller windows, all the way down to hanging pictures and placing office furniture. I and my fellow employees were delighted with the results. Carlisle understood our needs and desires including our cost objectives and our timelines. I highly recommend Carlisle Construction and their team of professionals. They met and exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with them again.
I wanted to follow up on the closeout for the recent plant expansion and let you know what a great job the Carlisle Construction team did on this project! All the information is detailed and orderly as was the whole project.
