Carlisle Services was hired by St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA for the Interior Renovation of their Cardiology Floor. The scope of work for this project consisted of: Wall Demo and Relocation; Installation of new Casework; Installation of new Lab Sinks; Interior Painting; New Flooring; Acoustical Ceiling.

Carlisle Services was hired by Lifepoint Health for the Data Center Relocation at St. Francis Hospital, Columbus, GA. The scope of work for this project consisted of: Demo of existing Sprinkler System, HVAC and Electrical; Modifying Sprinkler System for new layout; New 6” Concrete Curb and 4” Concrete Slab (Slab was core tested); Rerouting new Condenser Refrigerant Lines; Bore and Sleeving of piping through Walls (all penetrations were sealed); Installing New 4070 Door and Frame; Installing New LIEBERT HVAC Unit; Retrofitting Electrical systems for new layout; New Landscaping.

Work performed at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Medical Center in Ft. Gordon, GA consists of: Removal and replacement of all Acoustical ceiling throughout corridors and rooms of hospital; replacement of all Over-Head Speakers both in the Acoustical ceiling & hard ceiling. In keeping with Infectious Control guidelines for hospital work, all work is done within a negative air containment area assembled and moved by Carlisle Construction.

Carlisle Construction was hired by St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA for the replacement of the existing equipment in their Nuclear Medicine Unit. The Scope of Work included: Demolition of the ceiling, floors, anchor bolts, existing mechanical and electrical; Install new HVAC Package including Plumbing and Mechanical GAS; Install New Trane DOAS-1 & Trane Tracer BAS Control Systems for standalone operation of HVAC System; Retrofit Existing Fire Suppression system; Install New Electrical Package; New Manington Bio-Spec Sheet Heat-Treated Welded Flooring w/ Flashed Coverings; Drywall Patch back; New Drywall Ceiling; Painting of all interior walls.

The Scope of Work included: Demolition of the ceiling, floors, anchor bolts, existing mechanical and electrical; New Mechanical Package; Retrofitting Existing Sprinkler Heads to match new layout; New Electrical/ Lighting Package; Drywall Patch back (Lead Lined gypsum board); Wall infill from removed 3070 door; Framing for Surgical Lighting installed into ceiling; New Gypsum Board Ceiling; Paint all walls & Ceiling; Install New Heat treated Welded Flooring System with Flashed Coving.
